Shackadelic - Cheerful family-friendly beach shack

Welcome to our quirky, comfy holiday home in the heart of Falcon's golden triangle, nestled between the ocean and the estuary, and only 7Km south of the Mandurah town centre. Be close to everything at our centrally located three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom fully-furnished, fully-equipped beach shack. It's only 4 minute's drive to the Port Bouvard Marina with loads of room onsite to park your boat. So bring the fishing rods, crab nets and water toys for a fun filled Falcon "vay-cay". The space Fully-fenced large block with reticulated lawns and garden, so the kids can roam and run and wear themselves out. Enter into the main living room with comfy lounge, huge TV with streaming services, and big, double-sliding glass door. The cozy dining area is perfect for intimate dinners around the table, and for the summer there is a large outdoor "dining room" and lounge, under the back veranda, with direct access to the kitchen from the window servery. The kitchen is renovated with plenty of meal prep space, complete with a full-sized fridge and dishwasher. Electric stove top inside or gas BBQ cooking outside as well as inverter microwave and electric frypan, slow cooker and Nespresso coffee pod machine. The laundry is fully-equipped with washer and dryer and we'll even provide some laundry powder. The indoor bathroom has an enclosed "shower in bath" and single sink and the instantaneous gas hot water is sure to please. There is also a separate toilet. The outdoor bathroom is "the best" with the hot water shower and 2nd toilet. There are three large bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a double bed. Each bedroom comes with plenty of storage space for those longer stays plus extra blankets for those cooler nights. All linen is provided. The second living room is a games area with foosball table, lounge suite and large TV; a perfect kids zone when they're not outside or at the beach. The home has air-conditioning and ceiling fans. For the safety of guests, outdoor security surveillance cameras are on site. Guest access Shackadelic is casual accommodation suitable for the sole traveler to couples and families wanting a few days away to reconnect, unwind and explore. Once here, the beach and Miami Plaza and shopping precinct are an easy, 6 minute short walk, plus there is access to public transport very close by on Old Coast Road. If you have a boat, you can use it to explore the surrounding estuary and access the ocean from the Dawesville Cut. You can also speed across the Estuary or go up the coast by boat to Mandurah, where there are plenty of public jetties to tie up and explore the town centre. Whilst the beach and shopping centre is a short walk, if you have lots of gear, you'll want to take the car. Don't worry there is heaps of parking at Falcon Bay, and Miami Plaza has a Woolworths and specialty stores so also loads of parking there. If you don't feel like cooking, there's plenty of choice nearby including Cobblers Tavern, Spicy Flavor's Indian, The Pizza Project, and the usual suspects of fast food joints. You also need to check out Smiley Joes - the best fish and chips in WA and Miami Bakehouse for their award winning pies. There is a fantastic skate park and BMX track less than 3 minutes walk at the Falcon Reserve, along side basketball courts and cricket nets. And if you're feeling energetic, great scenic walks in old Falcon up Scenic Drive. Other things to note Important: Please don't drive or park cars on the lawn, as it is reticulated and can damage the sprinklers. We may store our boat in the garage. This is not for guest use.
