Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment facing the sea in Jacó. Incredible sea view and direct access to the beach. AC, television, huge balcony, parking Wi-Fi in common areas ,Semi-equipped kitchen private bathroom shared pool and is part of Aloha Jaco so you will have access to a delicious complimentary breakfast every day of your stay and in the restaurant we have varied and delicious dishes. Price for two adults but it has the capacity of up to 4 adults paying the additional ones. The space Spectacular apartment ONLY FOR ADULTS located in front of the sea on Jaco beach. It has two rooms with double bed, air conditioning in the common areas and fans in the rooms. television in the living room and in the master bedroom, basic equipped kitchen, wifi, terrace with spectacular sea views and direct access to the beach. No hot water. This apartment is part of Aloha bar Jaco so they will have all the amenities that the Hotel and restaurant. We have parking for a vehicle, security guard and we include a complimentary breakfast for our guests. The rate includes 2 guests but the house has capacity for 4. In case of going more than 2 must be ask first to the host before make the reservation to aprobar and then added to the reservation by putting the number of people who are going to arrive and the cost is $25 per extra person per night and must be paid upon arrival at the hotel. The pool hours are from 9 to 6 pm . We don’t allow any speaker , coolers, inflatables , food or drinks of any kind on that area . Smoking is only allowed in designated areas and smoking on the room will be a reason to check out inmediatly and a fine of 500$ We are in the quietest, cleanest and safest area of Jacó. With the proximity of all the activities of Jacó since we are less than a mile from the center. This apartment is located on the second floor with access by stairs. We have a huge garden with areas to rest and watch the sunset. In addition, our restaurant offers live music some weekends and we have a delicious menu and happy hour every day. We close the restaurant on Tuesdays so there is no breakfast that day. Guest access We have parking for a vehicle which you must indicate in advance if you require it. But if for some reason the park is full, which is quite unusual, it should be left on the street. The parking spaces are given as the guests arrive. We are close to all the activities of Jacó We do not offer daily cleaning but the service can be provided for a cost of $30 Visits outside of registered guests are not allowed Also consider that we close on Tuesday's to give our staff a rest day. If you rent in this day we will have a guard on duty during the day and the restaurant will be close . To check in just go to the main entrance facing the beach and the guard will check u in . The pool is available only the restaurant will be close . Other things to note This apartment is part of Aloha bar Jacó we are located on calle hidalgo. With the stay we include a complimentary breakfast that includes a coffee or apple juice, toast, scrambled hollows and a portion of seasonal fruit. You must request it as a hotel breakfast. The menu is open so you can order from the menu at an additional cost. The pool is shared and food or drinks are not allowed in the pool area. The use is exclusively for guests and from 9am to 6 pm. Floats, balls, toys, speakers or coolers, drinks or food are not allowed in the pool area. . Additional consideration if you are a smoker, you can only smoke in the designated areas. You just have to ask and you will be told where. By law, smoking is not allowed in common areas or rooms.
