Welcome to our home in the mountains in the heart of the Żywiec Beskids! Our year-round house is located in the picturesque village of Krzyżowa next to Korbielów at the foot of Pilsko itself. An undoubted advantage of the location of our house is the proximity of the highest peaks of the Żywiec Beskids, such as Babia Góra, Pilsko, and Rysianka. Our region is, of course, a real mecca for downhill skiing, ski touring and freeride! Pilsko is the second highest ski resort in Poland after Kasprowy Wierch! The space And what will you find inside our house? - A living room where you can relax on two spacious sofas with a Smart TV, Digital TV, Xbox that will make many a rainy day more pleasant. - Two bedrooms - The first bedroom can accommodate 3 people. There is a large double bed and 1 single bed. The second bedroom can accommodate 5 people. There is a large double bed and 3 single beds. - A bathroom with a shower and toilet where towels and a hairdryer will also be at your disposal. - Fully equipped kitchen where you can conveniently prepare meals. At your disposal are: fridge with freezer, dishwasher, induction cooker, microwave, pressure coffee maker, electric kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, mugs, glasses, etc. - A large table in the dining area will allow everyone to sit down for morning coffee. - In the cottage, there is also a washing machine with laundry capsules, an iron and an ironing board. Other things to note Ladies and gentlemen, § 1. Purpose of the Lease We rent our home exclusively to guests who want to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the mountain area. Our home is not a place for parties or alcohol consumption. § 2. Quiet Hours and Peace and Quiet Quiet hours on the property are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Guests are required to remain calm and not disturb their neighbors throughout the day. In the event of police intervention or noise complaints from neighbors, the owner has the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect. § 3. No Parties and Security Deposit We do not allow stag or hen parties, special events, men's outings, loud social gatherings, or alcohol-fueled gatherings to be held at our home. Hosting an event will result in the immediate termination of the agreement, the eviction of all persons from the property without a refund of the rent, and the forfeiture of the security deposit in full. The security deposit will also be forfeited in the event of damage to property or if specialized cleaning is required after “partiers.” § 4. Liability The Lessee bears full civil and financial liability for the conduct of third parties (their guests) present on the property.
