Juntos House - beautiful villa with pool

Beautiful light and bright resort villa in an unbeatable location within the heart of Margaret River. You'll enjoy swims in the pool, short strolls to town or skate park (for the kids), fantastic food at local pub next door.. or kick back and enjoy views of the beautifully kept gardens and trees from the lounge or backyard patio. If you love to entertain, we've got a full sized kitchen stacked with chef knifes and quality cookware. Perfect for families and down south getaways with mates.. The space The villa is awesome, we love it so much ! There is plenty of room for families and friends to relax and kick back. We have a great central kitchen and outdoor space to come together and share some local wine and gourmet delights ! On the ground level, you'll enter into a lounge room decked with a super comfortable couch that invites you to relax and chat with friends. There is a giant Jenga set, some jigsaw puzzles if you're up for some games. The lounge area leads to a full sized and fully equipped kitchen and dining area. This has everything you'll need to whip up (and clean up) a royal feast - oven, gas cooktop, chef knifes, good quality cookware, lots of plates, quality glassware and a dishwasher to stash the mess! The master bedroom has a queen bed, study desk and access to a private courtyard, a second bedroom on the ground floor has 2x single beds and storage area for luggage, the third bedroom is an open loft which features an ultra comfortable king sized bed - note this room is semi-open to the living area. For remote working? we've have a great study nook with sturdy desk, good lighting, fresh air. Super fast wifi with starlink connection We've recently renovated the bedrooms, kitchen and living areas of the villa. The bathroom has not been renovated but is spotless, clean and features a large bath and standalone shower. Note: the listing says 1.5bath rooms, there is only one bathroom that has the toilet and shower in one space. The laundry is located on the ground floor has a washing machine and tub for clothes washing. Outside space is fantastic, we've got an outdoor table on a private patio that leads to a grassed lawn area. Pool is shared (resort) and is closed during winter. The pub next door holds gigs from time to time, typically on friday and saturday night. Sometimes (not always) you'll be able to hear the music from the villa, we love this as it creates a fun and enjoyable atmosphere, but be aware :) Guest access You'll have the entire villa to yourself during your stay and your own private entrance you can access with ease. There a carport attached to the villa and plenty of safe places to park additional cars adjacent. The gorgeous backyard is yours to use and enjoy, this area backs onto a shared space that leads to the tavern, pool and tennis court. The pool is shared with other resort guests but has lots of room to spread out and enjoy a book in the sunshine Other things to note Towels, linen and kitchen basics are included.
