Return empty cans to left of side entry door after pickup. **Please note, we are on a rustic, wooded acre lot with a wetland preserve in the backyard; great for watching animals and birds in their natural habitat. You may see or encounter wildlife in the area, including, but not limited to: deer, groundhog, raccoon, opossum, chipmunks, turkey, fox, birds, rabbits, mice, spiders, and ants. These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. We cannot control Mother Nature and therefore do not refund if you encounter 'her' business during your stay. To minimize indoor pests, keep doors closed and use screened windows/doors for fresh air when A/C and heat are off. *On-street overnight parking is prohibited in Westlake. There is ample parking in the driveway. **Please do not turn cars around in the driveway, especially in snow. Take care when walking on grassy areas of the yard as grounds may be uneven or wet at times.
