If your The space At the end of the day, walk back to your clean and comfortable apartment in a secure building and enjoy all the mod cons of inner city living. The spacious split-level set-up offers an open-plan living room with a comfortable couch and dining setting, and a large-screen HD Smart TV with Netflix access and Blueray player, and leads out onto a small balcony from which to appreciate your inner-city location. There is also a fully equipped kitchen downstairs, with a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine (as well as an initial supply of capsules). Upstairs offers a mezzanine bedroom with queen bed and built-in robes, as well as a bathroom with a shower over bath, toilet, washing machine and dryer. There is also an extra single bed which can be set up in the downstairs living room to sleep a 3rd person. As with all Uptown Apartments, quality linen and towels and hotel-style toiletries are provided, making this the perfect choice for your Sydney getaway. *Please note, this apartment is located in a vibrant area of the city. On weekends you may experience some noise from neighbouring venues, though for most of our guests it is not to a level that is an issue. However, if you are considering staying in the apartment with an infant in a cot, or if you are a light sleeper, we would recommend you consider booking an alternative apartment. Guest access Once you collect your keys from the property, you will be able to access the apartment via the lift after you enter the building through the front glass security doors. Once inside, you will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available.
