“Memories” begin @ Rideau Breeze Marina...Cottage1

This cottage is located in Seeley's Bay on Ontario's Rideau Canal system - between Upper Brewers & Jones Falls Locks. Access to 4 lakes without locks: Little Cranberry; Cranberry; Whitefish; and Dog Lake. Cottage includes floating dock for 2 boats (24’ x 4 ½’) with power, parking for 2 vehicles, a BBQ with propane, screened in porch, up to date fridge, stove, indoor bathroom with shower, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cutlery and cooking pots. Drinking water is sterilized (UV light). Wifi & AC The space Cottage1 is seasonal, from April to October. Guests have full use of the cottage, picnic table, propane BBQ & dock designated for the cottage. This place is great for fishing enthusiasts. There is a bait shop, fuel pump (Premium Gas) as well as a seasonal live release fishing derby on site. Wifi, Heater and Air conditioning is available. Guest access The dock is 50 less than feet from cottage. Boat (Princecraft Fisherman 14’ aluminum boat with 9.9 hp), Canoe & Kayaks rentals available on site. Within walking distance: public swim area at the Haskins point, public park with tennis & basketball courts, take out restaurant & grocery. A local fishing guide who is very familiar with surrounding lakes is onsite & available for booking.
