Bright and Airy Alderley room - all the essentials

Welcome to our humble home situated in the cusp of Alderley and Newmarket. This simple, economic stay contains everything you need to enjoy a comfortable, relaxed journey in our unit. Adjoining the unit is a shaded balcony area perfect for a relaxing cuppa or a meal. Alderley is a great place to visit, with green landscapes and great views. Our place is within 6kms to the city heart, with local cafes and shops in the Alderley junction, and the Banks Street Reserve at your doorstep. The space This space contains all the essentials for a stay out in the lovely & quiet suburb of Alderley. Our room is clean and practical, housing a double bed, study desk and lots of storage. We have all the kitchen basics and more for you to explore your culinary genius if you wish ;) This room is also available for long term stay (4+ months) if interested. Please message for more details. My partner and I live in the second bedroom. Guest access Guests are free to all spaces including the balcony, kitchen, lounge and bathroom spaces. A TV is available with aircon in the lounge. Either Oscar or I (Lillian) will be at home to check you in, show you around the property, and answer any questions. During your stay Guests can reach me in person or via text, email or phone call. Further contact details are provided within the house manual. Other things to note PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE WILL BE TAKING PHOTOS OF GOVT ID UPON ARRIVAL. This is to ensure safety and security, as we have experienced issues in the past with theft. They don’t make them like they used to! This solid brick unit has been under the loving care of me and my partner for the past 2 years; however, has provided a place to call home for many others since it's conception in 1980s.
