I rent my renovated 2-room apartment in Cologne-Nippes when I am not in Cologne. In the bedroom there is a comfortable 1.60 m bed. In the living room is a work area, a foldable sofa bed and a TV with Chromecast and a PS 4. Both the living room and the bedroom have a large window front. It's bright in the apartment all day. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can use everything (coffee, tea, oils, spices, etc.) The space The bedroom faces a courtyard garden and is very quiet. In the morning you have sun there, in the afternoon in the living room. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with an elevator. Guest access You will have access to everything I have in the apartment; to my dishes, my books, my food supplies. You can use everything. I have had good experiences so far with guests using things carefully and to a fair extent. Please only contact us if you can do something with it; we will both not be happy if you are actually looking for a hotel room. Other things to note I am currently in Berlin for a professional project and am offering my apartment for interim rent for this time.
