Stairs lead up to a spacious, sunny, private living space, separate and peaceful- an oasis in the city on a quiet side street. Many public transit options to downtown Chicago or Evanston. Walk to Andersonville restaurant and shopping district. The space We have a sunny coach house that was once an artist loft. Beams in the ceiling, skylights, cozy seating area and kitchen with a barstool counter and built in over the stairs. Your space is on the second floor in a separate building in the rear of our property, quiet and private. Guest access In addition to the coach house, guests are welcome to hang out in the back yard. Tables and chairs are normally out for most of the Spring, Summer and Fall. Other things to note Our coach house is accessible by a flight of stairs.
