Sunset, lagoon, sea, and lots of nature!

Welcome! We have prepared everything with great care for you and your family! The house is very airy. Sunset view. 10 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from the mall and 20 minutes from downtown. In the condominium, we have restaurants, a bakery, beauty salon, grocery store, pharmacy, and everything else you need for your comfort. Two en-suites with air conditioning. In the kitchen, we have a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer. Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The space Duplex house. The upper part has two suites and overlooks the lagoon. The master suite has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and air conditioning, a private balcony overlooking the lagoon, from where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset; In the second suite, a trundle bed, clothes rack and air conditioning. At the bottom, a large and airy living room where the family will gather to talk and watch TV (smart). Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, water filter and all the necessary accessories for a kitchen. Downstairs, there is another bathroom to better serve you. Outside the back, a service area, and in front, a garage for a car. Guest access The house is located in a gated community. At the entrance, we have a guardhouse that operates 24 hours a day with watchmen, who even patrol the neighborhood. We have public transportation at the entrance of the neighborhood giving access to the center and other regions. Other things to note We need you to tell us exactly how many people will be staying. Our house was structured for five (5) guests, but if you need to, you can bring more people, but we inform you that we do not provide mattresses and/or other items necessary for the extra guests. For each extra guest, a fee will be charged. See the amounts. Due to some difficulties, we are not providing sheets, pillowcases and towels.
