Mid-Century Southwest style, Close to University

This is a relaxing space to spend some time. Comfortable beds, a coffee connoisseur's setup, everything you need to cook and save bucks, but close to hundreds of restaurants. My house is in central Tucson. You'll find about everything you can imagine a short distance away. The University or Arizona is 3.9 miles away. Between 1.5 and 6 miles you can find 14 breweries. Sprouts, Whole Foods, Fry's, others are all close. Smart TV with HDMI cable so you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, etc. The space The house was built in the 40s. You'll find mid-century accents throughout the house, as well some older antiques. The yard has a pond bird feeders and I'm graced by many AZ birds. Resident Curve-billed Thrashers, Verdins, and Lucy's Warblers are the regular southwest specialties that show up here. Off street parking, great neighbors, safe and fairly quiet neighborhood, though you do hear planes and distant traffic of the city.
