Overall our neighbors are very sensitive to noise after quiet hours. Thus, house and condominium rules must be really respected. . Events and/or parties are strictly forbidden in the apartment. . Garage with 1 free parking space. Note that with the garage access ramp, large vehicles may have difficulty maneuvering due to the angles of the garage and the size of the space for parking.
