Tiny House with quaint neighborhood beach!

This unique tiny house is surrounded by majestic pine trees and is within walking distance of a shared neighborhood beach on the Albemarle Sound. The home is nestled within the woods and gives you that outdoorsy feeling while also being only a 3 minute walk to the beach. 20-30 minute drive to Kitty-Hawk and other public OBX beaches. This tiny house is perfect for a couple looking for a romantic getaway or individuals seeking to find an unforgettable stay. 10 minute drive to H2OBX Waterpark. The space Our tiny house has a cozy bedroom with a surprisingly roomy living area connected to a full kitchen . The rooms are set up to give you a peaceful and relaxing experience. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. Pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, cooking oil, salt and pepper provided, making it convenient for you. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions! Guest access The sandy roads will wind you through the neighborhood to our little cottage. The roads are private. There is covered parking on the property. There is an unmarked parking area near the beach but the walk is so short you do not need to drive. To get to the beach simply turn left when leaving the house and go straight until you see the beautiful Sound. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk right down the road! Other things to note There is a winery and a distillery just 5 minutes from Juniper Cottage. A grocery store, liquor store and some great restaurants all less than a 10 minute drive from the Cottage. The house is raised so being able to walk up stairs is necessary . This property is not wheelchair accessible. This is a beautiful wooded area along the Albemarle Sound. Expect some wildlife and bugs! There are signs warning about snakes in the neighborhood. We have never seen any snakes at our property or at the beach but please be aware. This house is on a well system. Sometimes the water smells like sulfur and this is normal for wells in this area. Firewood is not provided for the outdoor fire pit. An ACE hardware store is just 5 minutes away and firewood can be purchased there. Some neighborhood dogs roam free in this small close knit community. They are very friendly but please be mindful of this for your pets safety when walking through the neighborhood. We require all pets to be on a leash when outdoors. Dogs are required to have flea and tick prevention prior to arrival on the property. We love that you get to share this experience with your furry friends but please keep pets off of bed and futon.
