At the same time, MORINE is situated in a national park with rich nature, therefore it's impossible for us to keep the house with ZERO insects at all times. We are doing our very best to keep them away from the house however, there is the possibility that you might encounter a few insects during spring to summer. If this is an issue, please refrain from booking our house. ■ Garden: Partially fenced but not the whole area. Please supervise your dogs under your responsibility if you let them run in the garden. ■ About the onsen, hot springs: Spring quality: alkaline simple hot spring. The hot spring water pumped up from deep underground is soft and gentle to the skin. The alkaline water emulsifies sebum and washes it away, so you can expect your skin to feel silky and moist after bathing. Beneficial for healing neuralgia, muscular pain, joint pain, frozen shoulders, motor palsy, stiff joints, bruises, sprains, chronic digestive diseases, haemorrhoids, sensitivity to cold, recovery from fatigue and illness. Please bring your own subscription details to log-in. ■ Babybed (Thinkmax): Travel cot can be provided with 1 day prior notice. Please bring your own beddings for the baby. ■ Pet fee: - 5000yen PER PET per stay (up to 2 days). - 2nd dog fee = additional payment of 2500 yen (up to 2 days) - From 3rd day= additional charge of 2500 yen per dog per day. Maximum 2 small to medium size dogs only. An additional fee will be requested once the reservation is confirmed. ■ The dogs are also not allowed in our 2F Japanese room. Please supervise your dogs when you let them play in our garden. The garden isn't fully fensed. *Please contact the host if you need to bring a service dog. ■ Late checkout is available with a prior arrangement only (3000 yen per 30 mins). Please let the host know at least 1 day in advance. (We may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the booking situation). * An additional charge will apply when your checkout is delayed without prior arrangement. ■ Onsen/hot spring water timetable: • Mon: 6am - Midnight • Tue: 3pm - Midnight • Wed: 3pm - Midnight＊ • Thu: 3pm - Midnight • Fri to Sun & Public holiday: 6am - Midnight ＊NO hot spring water supply on 2nd & 4th Wed of the month due to water quality testing except when the Thu is a public holiday, or during a holiday period (see below＊＊). There is a separate tap for normal hot water, so the bath can still be used at all times. Discount applied on those days. ＊＊Holiday period: • Spring holiday: 25th Mar to 7th April • Summer holiday: 25th July to 31st Aug • Xmas - New year holiday: 1) Wed between 25th to 29th Dec: Onsen supply as normal Wed. 2) 30th Dec to Dec to 5th Jan. Continuous supply from 6am to midnight regardless of the day of the week. ■ Towels: We do not change towels every day. There will be enough towels supplied but if you need an extra set, please contact the host. Please refrain from taking the towels outside the house. ■ Onsen Tax: Please note that we are obliged to collect a hot spring bath tax of 150 yen per person/day to comply with Ito City Tax Imposition Collection Ordinance section 144 & 145.
