Bright and Beautiful

Brand new, perfectly located, wellness oriented townhouse, built in 2020. We have huge windows, new furniture and appliances and a lot of plants, which give you a feeling of staying in a bright, breezy Oasis. We have a huge living room and kitchen with open concept and you can enjoy our balcony with a view of the gorgeous pool and hot tub. You have access to all gas fired BBQs right in front of our house. The space You will enjoy a bright, friendly, thoughtful bedroom with a shared bathroom. Room comes with a small designated workplace as well. The space is very modern and bright, with big windows and lots of natural light. You will have access to a big living room with a dining area and open kitchen. We ask all guests to clean up very well after themselves when using the kitchen. This room also comes with access to the private garage for one car. Guest access Access to the kitchen, living room. You can do laundry and cook if you like. We have space in the pantry and the fridge. We ask our guests to really clean up well after themselves after using the kitchen so everyone can enjoy a clean and comfortable space. Our community also has a pool and a hot tub right in front of our house, as well as plenty bbq spots! Other things to note We are a non smoking and no shoes in the house household. Don't park illegally in the community, they tow you. There is street parking in the community but it can get difficult in the evening sometimes.
