Welcome to our home! We're a couple working in the arts, and are on tour a lot, so you'll be staying in our home while we're away. It's cozy and full of character, and extremely central. Perfect as a base to explore London, as it's close to everything but in a nice peaceful area. The place is a spacious 1 bedroom garden flat located in a peaceful central area of south London. 5 min walk to Kennington Tube and 30 min walk to Westminster. Perfect for a couple or small family. The space The flat is a ground level with a lovely back garden. It has one double bedroom with a large bed, one full bathroom with bathtub and a large lounge that includes a working desk. The kitchen includes ceramic hobs, air fryer and oven and well as access to the garden. Guest access Many of London most famous landmarks are less than 45min walk from the flat, but Kennington station is only a 5 min walk away connecting to all of London in about 25 min. Supermarkets, pubs, street markets and parks are plentiful and the flat benefits from being semi secluded in a cul-de-sac. There's independent access so no issue getting in at any given time. Other things to note The flat runs only on electricity (no gas) so there's a limited amount of hot water which is re heated twice a day. It's plenty for showers and dishwashing but it isn't unlimited. The water tank system makes a sound as it refills when flushing the toilet. It only lasts around a min.
