Take a break and unwind at this peaceful country cottage that forms part of a barn. It’s a short drive from the base of Moel Famau, which offers great views of the Clwydian range. Fantastic for walkers who want to take in Loggerheads Country Park - an AONB - which is just a mile away. Here you will find a great spot for lunch at the local country pub or at loggerheads tea rooms. The cottage backs onto Mold Golf Club, so for those of you who enjoy a weekend of Golf, it’s the perfect location. The space A perfectly formed cottage set near the base of Moel Famau with easy access to the views of the Clwydian range and Loggerheads Country Park, you will relax and unwind as you step into our little rural haven. Sleeping up to four guests in two bedrooms (one double and one small double), the relaxing blue and white scheme captures the essence of country and you can be assured of a perfect nights sleep after a day of fresh clean air. Recently renovated, the interior aligns with peacefulness of the locality with original features such as a warm stone wall which sits alongside a modern kitchen. This pretty end terrace is attached to existing barn together with former farmhouse. Set in four acres of gardens, after a day of walking, golf or seeing many of the the other places to offer, you can enjoy a glass or two whilst streaming all channels on a 40 inch television with cosy lighting to help you relax further. You're welcome to take a stroll around our two wooded areas. We're surrounded by an absolutely beautiful 18 hole golf course, so you'll often find a few golf balls on your stroll to take home as a memory of your stay. You'll have your very own outside space so that you can enjoy the sunshine and later on, toast some marshmallows on the fire pit. A very pretty and quiet area. Guest access Parking is free outside of the property. Walking distance to golf course, a one mile walk to nearest pub and Loggerheads Country Park. The nearest town (Mold) is a 10 minute drive. Nearest city (Chester) is an approximate 25 minute drive. There are several things to do within a 30 minute drive, such as shopping at Cheshire Oaks or Broughton retail park, a visit to Chester Zoo or The Blue Planet aquarium; or take a stroll on the beach along the North Wales coastline. Other things to note We’ve stated no pets, but please check before thinking you can’t book, we may be able to allow them.
