Villa Mimo is located in the quiet neighborhood of Sangolda in North Goa, offering a perfect balance between relaxation and access to the vibrant atmosphere of the region. Guests can start their day with a tranquil view of the longest stretch of paddy fields in North Goa. The Villa has a Skydeck and there's a special vantage point for guests to witness stunning sunsets. Sunset from such a vantage point can be a memorable and romantic experience. The space Garima and Vaibhav designed the villa as a space that they can settle into whenever the chaos of the city gets to them. The feeling is that of a home with tasteful & unique pieces of art that they have picked from various creators across the country. There is a nook for every person and every mood through the 3 storeyed, 4 bedroom home – ‘me-time’ spaces where you can drink your coffee and read a book in solitude or ‘we-time’ spaces where you can shout a cheers before jumping into the lounge pool. We have a beautiful skydeck that offers 360 degree views of the endless paddy fields of Sangolda on one side and the local village scene for a flavor of “susegado” on the other. As you enter we have a big living area with dining space on the right. Further we have a bedroom and a common washroom along with a kitchen. On the first floor we have 3 bedrooms where only the master bedroom has an attached washroom. The other 2 bedrooms have shared washroom. Further the steps take you to the mezzanine floor which is a TV room with lots of games and books. Thereafter we have skydeck which offers an amazing field view along with convenience of bar, high table with high chairs, lounge space with a standing fan. If mentioned prior, we can also arrange for pick up and drop off on an extra charge. There is hot water in the washroom 24*7. The house rules shall be sent on your direct message also once you book, it is also written on our profile, please go through it. Mirashya Homes Policies :- 1. TARIFF – The tariff is for the entire 4bhk space only. 2. SETTLEMENT OF BILLS – Taxi Bills/Food Bills or any other bills must be settled on presentation. 3. CHECK IN – Please provide a valid Government ID Card/Passport (for foreign nationals) upon arrival (either to be shared on email or message if the caretaker is not around). Kindly note that a security deposit of INR 15000 will be collected upon check-in. This is a standard procedure to ensure the safety and upkeep of the property during your stay. 4. Check In – Check Out – Check in time is 2PM and Check out time is 11AM. Early check in at 11AM is possible as per availability. 5. DEPARTURE – Kindly inform the caretaker prior incase you wish to extend the stay beyond 11AM. The extension shall be given as per the availability @ 1000/- per hour or one can pay the entire day’s tariff for a longer extension. 6. GUEST’s BELONGINGS – Guests are requested to look after their belongings. Kindly lock the rooms before leaving the premises and take responsibility of your own belongings as no one will be held responsible if something misplaces. 7. Inclusions – 4bhk air conditioned Villa, linens and towels, toiletries, kitchen - utensils, basic necessity items. Tea/Coffee refills and water. Private Pool access. 8. LINENS & TOWELS – Bed linens & Towels are changed every third day from the date of check in. There is a washing machine incase one needs to wash the towels. The bed linen and towels scan be changed on request in between & shall be chargeable @ 350/- per room (one bed sheet, two pillow covers, two hand towels and two towels) 9. Pets are allowed at INR 500 per pet per night. 10. LOUD MUSIC – Not Allowed as there are neighbors around. We'd not want to be the cause of disturbance to anyone. 11. ELECTRICITY & WATER SUPPLY – The supply is generally permanent, but can sometimes happen to have an accident or suspension. In case there is no electricity, the management isn’t responsible as the cut off shall be a common problem for all. The villa is backed up by an inverter but no air conditioners work during a cut off. For longer stays of over 28 days, the guests pay for the power consumed as per 7 rupees per unit. 12. Apartment AMENITIES – Kindly note the kitchen is available for our guest’s convenience, any eatables/Spices/Oil required for cooking shall be borne by the guests themselves. Extra bed is 2000/- per person. 13. HAZARDOUS GOODS – Gambling, Contraband, Prostitution, Weapons, Explosives, Flammable Objects, Poison, Drugs & Pungent food are strictly prohibited on the premises. 14. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY – The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by them or their group members. Any breakage or something missing shall be chargeable as per actuals. (Kindly ask the owners for the charges) 15. MISCONDUCT – Any misconduct or nuisance or loud behavior shall not be tolerated in the homestay, incase this happens the management has full right to ask the guest to vacate the space. We expect our guests to be respectful towards us, the caretaker and the space and we will definitely resonate the same from our end. 16. POOL - Access timing for these facilities is 24 hours. 17. Breakfast- Self help breakfast is provided for stays up to 4 nights only. We provide self help breakfast which includes bread, egg, butter, peanut butter, jam and milk. If you wish to rent a chef, please inform us 24 hours prior, Chef Charge @ INR 1600/- per meal and you can order groceries online via Swiggy App Instamart / Blinkit. Please coordinate with the supervisor/caretaker/guest relations for the same. We do not provide breakfast for stays longer than 4 days hence the discount. 18.
