The property is home to many mature citrus, cottonwood, eucalyptus, nut, fig and palo verde trees. The space The casita is a two unit structure, both units with their own private entrances. The front unit was completely renovated in 2018. Everything is new! The back unit is rented out to a long term renter that works for the home owner's property management company. We are a ranch on 8.9 acres of country land. We ask that you watch where you walk when on the grounds and always were shoes when walking outside. Quit time is between 10pm-8am.
