Inside, the space is step-free apart from one step into the shower room. Note: there are two steps at the entrance to the property . The studio features a brand-new, fully equipped modern kitchen with high-quality appliances, ideal for proper cooking during longer stays. You’ll sleep comfortably in a king-sized bed, and you can relax on the leather sofa while watching the smart TV and your favourite streaming apps. There is a pleasant newly refurbished Separate shower room with WC and wash basin. At the front of the property you have your very own enclosed south facing patio for al fresco dining . The patio comes complete with outdoor furniture and a wind out awning should you wish to shelter from the sun. The apartment is perfectly placed to access all restaurants, cafes and bars including the well known Trades club featuring popular live music. There is a victorian cinema and umpteen walks and cycle routes for your entertainment. It is Handy for public transport as the station with fast links to Manchester and Leeds is only a 10 min walk away and the bus stops are within 3-5 minute walk. There is on street parking directly outside the apartment which is permit holders or pay and display during the day but permit holders only at night . There is plenty of on street paid and some free Parking and the council car park directly opposite has EV charging facilities. and is free overnight. please check the signage for details. Guest access Entry to the ground floor studio is at the front through the metal gate on Hangingroyd Lane Plenty of public transport is available . The historic Hebden Bridge station is a ten minute walk from the apartment . There are taxis available at the station and a taxi rank is based in front of the Cinema . There are lots of parking options There are pay and display carparks and on street parking and some free on street parking. Other things to note WINDOW If you wish to use the wood burning stove please bring your own logs and kindling as these are not provided at the property. Alternatively we can supply them for a competitive price. We can deliver two nets of logs, kindling and firelighters for an additional charge (please ask at the time of booking so these can be delivered in time for your stay.) They can also be bought locally from the village shops or the nearby petrol stations also stock them . CHECK IN/OUT ARRANGEMENTS Our usual Check in time is after 4pm and check out before 10am. If you would like to arrange an early or late check out these may be available for a fee. Early check in may be available to book for an additional fee of £30 from 1pm. A late check out until 1pm may be booked for a fee of £30. Please ask as soon as possible if this is of interest so that suitable arrangements can be put in place. PLEASE NOTE : Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £30 per half hour.
