One Bedroom "Frangipani"

My place is close to Dar es Salaam Yacht Club & Slipway. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood and the location. A few minutes walk from the main road Chole. It is a one bedroom separate with ensuite shower & toilet, separate with living room and separate kitchen. We can accommodate a couple and we can place a pull out sofa bed for children. The space Air-conditioners in the room and living room. You will have your own access. We also have a security system in place for Fire, Ambulance & Security call. Note - the Laundry is done by the staff (off on Sundays - Rest of the days from 10am to 4pm). There is no Washing machine in the Studio. Guest access We have a common area outside for all to use. There is also one parking space allocated. Other things to note There are other guests around, so please respect their privacy too. Strictly no smoking in the Studio.
