High Grosvenor is a historic Tudor farmhouse dating back to the 15th Century in a rural location but within easy reach of local towns. Set in manicured grounds of around 1 acre, the property benefits from five large bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities, a cosy sitting room with a log burner, a bar and a large dining kitchen. We have many restaurants within a 10-minute drive and a public house around a 15-minute walk along a scenic bridle path. The space The principal bedroom has a Super King sized sleigh bed; three further bedrooms have Super King sized beds which split into twins and a further bedroom with twin single beds. There is a bedroom located on the ground floor with easy access. Two bedrooms accessed via the main staircase and two bedrooms accessed via the original stairs that are not suitable for those without mountain goat tendencies. Guest access The large kitchen with a modern oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher is fully equipped. Cooking utensils, plates and cutlery are provided. The cosy sitting room features a large inglenook fireplace with a log burner and there is a bar room that guests can use, including a bar billiards table. Outside we have half an acre of garden, BBQ and table tennis table. Other things to note Dogs are welcome; although we ask, they are not allowed into bedrooms, only the communal areas downstairs. Also on site we have a 1 bedroom cottage and 2 bedroom cottage situated next to the main house offering further accommodation for 6 guests.
