Located next to Cours Léopold, 5 MINUTES' WALK FROM PORTE DE LA CRAFFE AND THE OLD TOWN and its entertainment, yet perfectly QUIET, it has been renovated, newly decorated and equipped to make you feel comfortably settled. We are very concerned with ensuring your welcome and cleaning ourselves to guarantee a consistent and impeccable quality. The space In a beautiful building with a garden, located on the 3rd and top floor inhabited (the 4th floor corresponding to the attic of the building), this apartment combining the charm of the old and modern comfort has a living room, a fully equipped open kitchen (4 induction stove, hood, freezer fridge, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer), a bedroom with comfortable bedding (160 x 200 cm bed) and a bathroom with a pleasant and functional shower. The floor is covered with old tiles, giving it charm and character. Linens are provided (sheets, 2 towels per person, kitchen towels), groceries are at your disposal (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar...). For the internet, the apartment is equipped with fiber and Orange TV. Our accommodation is quiet and bright and offers beautiful views of the garden, the rooftops and the Porte de la Craffe. It is suitable for SHORT AND LONG STAYS. For the comfort and tranquility of all, PARTIES are NOT ALLOWED and it is strictly NON-SMOKING. No pets allowed. Guest access The apartment is located 5 minutes' walk from the old town, 10 minutes' walk from Place Stanislas, 12 minutes' walk from the train station. Two bus stops (Désilles and Charles V) are within walking distance of the building and are served by the T5 line to get to the Nancy Thermal district and lines 12, 13 and especially 16, which connects to the train station if you do not want to walk). Parking in the immediate vicinity of the apartment is very affordable (T6 rate), or even free in some streets 250 m from our address (map available on request). Other things to note We wanted to decorate and equip our apartment in the best possible way so that your stay would be as pleasant as possible. We are also keen to introduce you to Nancy and its region; we favor local products in our rental: the towels, soaps and the little gift that await you are made locally.
