The entire top story is all yours with a fun walkout porch for private outdoor relaxing. The main bedroom offers a pillow top queen and the smaller bedroom has a twin with a pullout trundle. The private bathroom has a tub and handheld shower. You have a private spacious livingroom upstairs with a fridge. This area is ideal to hangout, get some office work done, or quiet reading. The main floor is shared. It offers a kitchen, formal dining room, living room, and laundry room for you as well. The space Our home is a two story with a fully finished basement, located on a large double corner lot. Guest access Located one block west of Main Street, Parker. On street parking. During your stay The Co-Hosts live in the house: Our adult son Dylan lives in the basement area. And our daughter Cierra lives in the main floor bedroom and is available to help answer questions and take care of any issues that may arise. Other things to note Our adult children Dylan and Cierra occupy the basement space and share the main floor. Occasionally, my husband and I visit from Florida and also share the main floor space. However, Dylan is working two jobs so you rarely see him, and our visits are far and few between. Cierra is the property manager and cleaning tech.
