Nestled in a beautiful barn, the loft offers large living spaces and the comfort of 7 bedrooms for 2 people, 5 of which have private bathrooms (the last two bedrooms share the same bathroom). The barn is extended by a shared indoor pool, heated all year round and complemented by a large HOT TUB. Industrial decor, high quality bedding, cathedral living room, billiards, in a mixture of old materials and modern amenities. Very quiet neighborhood. The space Take your time and come recharge your batteries. On the program: quiet relaxation, swimming pool, spa, billiards, pétanque, table tennis, Doubs beach and walks. Delphine and Joseph welcome you to this loft that will appeal to all nature lovers and those seeking calm. You can enjoy all the comforts of a tastefully renovated 280 m² house. You will find all amenities within 12 km. Green key certified The courtyard is shared with a second gîte with a capacity of 8 people without joint ownership. An indoor swimming pool will delight young and old (depth 1.4 m, heated all year round at 26°C). A large SPA allows you to prolong relaxation (heated to 32-33°C). It is shared with the second accommodation of the property on different schedules (before 2:30 p.m. and after 7:30 p.m. for the occupants of the loft). The house is intended for 14 adults and children (up to 2 additional babies sleeping in baby bed accepted). We do not accept exceeding this capacity. Bed and house linen provided, beds made. Drip coffee maker and Nespresso Baby equipment available on request (highchair, bathtub, changing table, folding crib). Barbecue available from April 1 to October 1. All you have to do is put your bags down. No smoking inside. The house should be returned tidy, garbage pails emptied, beds unmade. Guest access The entire property is accessible to guests. The loft can be combined with a 2nd cottage located in the same courtyard for accommodation for up to 22 people (Longère de Varennes) - see listing "Longère de Varennes". A wooded park will allow you to enjoy benches in the shade of fruit trees. Other things to note Shampoo and shower gel not provided.
