It is conveniently located walking distance to Fox Studio Entertainment Quarter, Royal Randwick Racecourse & University of New South Wales.... Take a walk to Centennial Park or try Sydney's favourite coastal walk - Coogee to Bondi walk. A cliff top coastal walk, the Bondi to Coogee walk extends for six km in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. The walk features stunning views, beaches, parks, cliffs, bays and rock pools. For those who likes to cook there is a farmers market held at Entertainment Quarter every Wednesday and Saturday from 8am – 2pm under The Market Canopy located on The Showring. You can find seasonal produce straight from the farms, hot coffee, beautiful fresh flowers, crafts and clothing and sensational cooked food for your lunch or even breakfast if you desire. The Market promotes a wonderful sense of community and is great for a slow wander through or just sit and listen to live music while tucking into scrumptious cakes and pastries, otherwise Coles Supermarket is just 1.5km away. Walk to the city or hop on a bus and be at the Opera House/The Rocks/La Perouse/Bondi Beach in minutes. Complimentary coffee & tea is provided. There is also Laundry in the unit - Washing Machine & Dryer is available for use. Guest access Entire apartment & private underground car space in the Building. Other things to note NOTE: This apartment is located on Anzac Parade with L3 Light Rail Line (Circular Quay - Kingsford) operating along it daily from 5am to 1am the next day. Some noise can be heard from the apartment. NOTICE: Currently there is roof waterproofing work (level4). Work hours is 7am - 3pm Monday to Friday. Please note there maybe some noise.
