The space 【Your room / 45m2 studio + 25m2 loft】 6F: elevator access (there is a special key to move the elevator and the guests on the other floor cannot access to the different floors) 【Beds】 1F: 2 Double Beds (140cm x 200cm each) Loft: 1 Double Bed (140cm x 200cm) ※No extra beds or futons are provided. ※Each bed comes with one futon (duvet/comforter) only. Additional bedding is not available. 【Amenities】 - Free Wi-Fi - Bathroom (bathtub + shower) - Towels: 1 set per guest (1 bath towel + 1 face towel). Toilet Location: Each floor has one guest room and the private toilet located outside the room, on the same floor. Please check the floor plan image for exact layout. 2. No towel change or room cleaning is provided during your stay. For long stays, cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee. 3. No condiments (e.g., oil, salt, soy sauce) are provided for hygiene reasons. 4. We stock sufficient supplies (toiletries, toilet paper, etc.) before check-in, but if you run out during your stay, we kindly ask you to replenish them on your own. We do not provide in-stay delivery. 5. No on-site parking is available. Please use nearby coin-operated parking lots. 6. We kindly ask guests not to arrange direct delivery of luggage or mail to the property, including suitcase delivery services from the airport. If you need to receive a package, please use nearby convenience store pickup services or similar alternatives. Kindly check the details of such services on your own before use. Other things to note 【Early Check-in & Late Check-out】 Early check-in and late check-out are available depending on room availability. Requests can be accepted from 3 days before arrival or departure, and an additional fee of ¥3,000 per hour will apply. If you plan to arrive early in the morning, we recommend booking the previous night in advance. Late check-out on the day of departure is not available. If you wish to request it, you must contact us by 12:00 noon on the day before departure. Unauthorized late check-outs may interfere with the cleaning schedule and may incur an additional rescheduling fee. 【Guest Registration & Identification】 In accordance with Japanese law, all staying guests are required to submit guest information, including a photo ID (a passport photo is a must for non-residents), after booking is confirmed. We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding. Only the guests registered in advance may stay at the property. If unauthorized guests are found staying, an additional fee will be charged. 【House Rules & Safety Reminders】 - No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the building. If smoking is detected, a cleaning fee equivalent to 2 nights’ stay will be charged. - Use of fireworks, candles, or any open flames inside or around the property is strictly prohibited. - Please maintain quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of respect for neighbors. - Except in emergencies, do not enter restricted areas such as emergency staircases. - If any furnishings, equipment, or parts of the property are damaged, soiled, or lost, the guest will be charged the full replacement or repair cost. - Guests are responsible for managing their own cash and valuables.
