You can kick back and just relax in any part of the house. All windows are installed with shutters to provide extra peace of mind and insulation from cold and heat. All living quarters are air conditioned and individually controlled. A 250sqM private backyard with shady tress allows kids to run around in a safe environment. The space 4 BEDROOMS A master bedroom with a queen size bed with its own ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe, the second bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 king single beds. A baby cot and change table will be set up upon request in the master bedroom at no extra cost KITCHEN Equipped with convection microwave, air fryer, kettle, blender, toaster, sandwich maker, fridge, electric stove, drinking water filter, various kitchen utensils, cutlery, cleaning detergents and disposable gloves. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar are provided. BATHROOMS Both bathrooms have wet/dry area and are well-ventilated with exhaust fan to remove excess moisture. Shower flooring is covered with non-slip mats. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer are provided. A floor-level bathtub with soft headrest ensures a relaxing and comfortable bath. Baby bath tub, potty and bath toys are also available for very young guests. LAUNDRY The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer. A laundry sink for hand wash convenience. Laundry detergent, conditioner, hangers, clothes pegs, laundry nets are available. Iron and ironing board are provided. Laundry drying area is sheltered from adverse weather. BBQ AREA A dedicated bbq area with gas and wood fire options. A simple wash basin for basic convenience. A great hangout in the warm summers night. Guest access A digital lock at the main door enables guests access with very little fuss and eliminates the possibility of losing the keys. Garage door remote control is placed inside the house for your convenience, just remember to return in on checking out. Other things to note We practice a strict NO PARTY and NO PETS policy.
