All living quarters are air conditioned and individually controlled. A 250sqM private backyard with shady tress allows kids to run around in a safe environment. The space 4 BEDROOMS, a master bedroom with a queen sized bed with its own ensuite, 1 with a king single bed, 1 with a double bed, 1 with a king single bed and a queen bed. A baby cot and change table will be set up on request in the master bedroom at no extra cost. KITCHEN fully equipped with microwave, air fryer, toaster, sandwich maker, fridge, electric stove and kitchen utensils. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar and milk provided. Shampoo, soap and body wash are in both bathrooms. LAUNDRY room with washer and dryer. COURTYARD. A covered alfresco with BBQ facility, table tennis and a dart board. Guest access A digital lock at the main door enables guests access with very little fuss and eliminates the possibility of losing the keys. Guests are able to check in and out of the premises without any physical interaction with the host. Other things to note Garage remote control will be provided on request.
