This home gives you full access to laundry, a full kitchen, living room and back porch to enjoy when you’re not out exploring the beautiful beaches of North Carolina. The space This location of the townhome is why I bought it and lived here for over 2 years! It is located less than 2 miles and biking distance to the beautiful Wrightsville Beach, only a quick drive (20min) to Historical Downtown Wilmington, walking distance to Lumina Station shops and restaurants, and a quick 5 min drive to the endless shopping at Mayfair Town Center! The neighborhood is quaint, quiet and very friendly. You will have endless opportunities to explore the beautiful city of Wilmington throughout your stay! Guest access Guests have access to laundry, the kitchen, the living room, the back deck and are welcome to utilize the neighborhood pool and tennis courts throughout their stay.
