We welcome you to an 18th century building, a former rope factory now renovated into a family home. The space Our house is located in the very pleasant neighborhood of Saint-Servan in a quiet and green environment close to the city center and its amenities. The rooms are on the 2nd floor of the house under the roof with exposed beams and original floor made by marine carpenters. The continental breakfast is made up of fresh, local and homemade products. Free street parking is available in front of the house. Ideal starting point for walks, we are on the GR34 (commonly called the customs trail) and 300 m from the coast. For your swimming desires, you will be able to access a private cove accessible by a trail at the end of the house. You can walk to Anse de Solidor and its many sea-view restaurants as well as the port and Les Bas-Sablons beach in 5 minutes. We are also very close to the Ville-Pépin shopping street (with its many shops, restaurants, bookstores, theater... and its local farmers' market every Tuesday and Friday morning). You can walk to Saint-Malo Intra-Muros (fortified old town) in about twenty minutes. Bus stop (La Roseraie) on line 6 serving intra-muros is close to the house.
