Cozy and peaceful top floor apartment with central location. The space We want to rent out our home when we are traveling by ourselves. We are a family of two children and two adults, and our home is rented out as is. It will be clean and tidy when you check in, but you will see that there is a family with children living here. You can of course use books, board games and toys. Two rooms will be closed throughout your stay (not depicted in the listing). We have a lovely playground and lots of lawn on the front of the block. Good bus connections from Studentersamfundet and Trondheim spectrum. Dagligvarebutikk ca 5 min. gange unna, bensinstasjon ca 7 min, St. Olavs hospital ca 5 min, NTNU Gløshaugen ca 12 min, SINTEF ca 5 min. Walking distance to Midtbyen, Ila and Bakklandet. This is a very walking and cycling friendly neighborhood. Street parking (not free) outside of the apartment building. Regular bus schedules from Studentersamfundet and Trondheim spektrum. Grocery store within 5 minutes walking distance, gas station 7 minutes, St. Olavs hospital 5 minutes, NTNU Gløshaugen ca 12 minutes, SINTEF ca 5 minutes. Walking distance to the city centre (Midtbyen), Ila and Bakklandet. Other things to note Leiligheten ligger i 4. etg. Duvets, pillows, towels, toilet paper, hand soap bath, and cleaning supplies are provided. One pillow and one duvet per guest. The mattresses and pillows will be covered with clean sheets and pillowcases. Please deduct your brought over this. Bed linen and Shampoo/Conditioner/Body soap must be brought. You can use staples like spices, cooking oil, and coffee. Duvets, pillows, towels, toilet paper, handsoap in the bathroom and cleaning supplies are included. There is one pillow and one duvet per guest. The mattresses and pillows will have clean linens and pillowcases, these have to be left on underneath your own when you make your bed. You have to bring bed linens and shampoo/balm/shower gel. You can use basic food supplies such as spices, cooking oil and coffee.
