Brand new holiday home for 2022 with 3 bedrooms ( sleeps 8) in Rockley Park 5* resort. One double bedroom and two bedroom, with 2 single beds in each bedroom and a double pull out bed in front room, two toilets one with shower, fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker and microwave, coffee machine, fridge freezer, kettle. The lounge is spacious, with a large corner sofa, dining area, electric fireplace, plenty of storage and a 50 inch TV. There is also decking to the front of the caravan, with patio table and chairs. kettle charcoal barbecue available. WE ARE PROVIDING A GOOD PRIVATE WIFI. Guest access Parking next to the caravan. A short walk will take you to the beach, where there are various water sports activities from Windsurfing to Dinghy Sailing. There is indoor and outdoor swimming pool and many more activities for the whole family. Close to Sandbanks Beach, it is only 20 min away from Rockley park. There is a regular bus service to Poole. The Blue Flag beaches of Sandbanks are a short drive as well as the sea side town of Bournemouth offering shops, amusements and a pier. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE Play passes are not included in the price, but can be purchased one months before arrival. (Subject to availability, specially during kids holidays) These will give accesses to the pools, bars and entertainment areas within the park. Our caravan welcomes dogs with open arms!
