Our 140 m² single-story house on a 2000 m² fenced garden with parking. Private pool, bar and petanque court. We live with our 2 children, the neighborhood is quiet, not overlooked. Cali, our cat, will be your host. Direct rental possible. The space The house has a large living space with a pantry, open kitchen, dining room and living room around an indoor patio. The room is very bright with a functional wood-burning stove. In front of the living room, a large covered terrace welcomes you with garden furniture and outdoor dining. The sleeping area includes 4 bedrooms, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet at the entrance. Details of rooms: - 1 master bedroom with 1 queen size bed in 160x200 - 1 bedroom with a double bed in 160x200 - 1 Child's room with 1 Double bed in 140 X 190 - 1 child bedroom with 1 single bed in 90 x 200 + 1 extra mattress on the floor available +1 bed umbrella We leave toys and children's books available for guests. The garden goes around the house and is a real paradise for children (hut, slide, swings...) and for older children! Beautiful 7x4m swimming pool with roller shutter + terrace 80m2 around + pétanque court + pool bar with plancha + outdoor shower. For cyclists or scooter enthusiasts, you can fully enjoy the Lapébie bike path 300m from the house. Guest access Everything is accessible. Other things to note Cali, our little cat, will be there during your stay but will only ask you for a few kibbles each day. We don't provide linens and towels. Nevertheless, you will have all the basics at your disposal (kitchen basics, toilet paper, soap...). Family home, no groups of young adults, no parties, respect for the neighborhood requested.
