25 minutes from Bordeaux and St Emilion, in the center of the village of La Sauve Majeure, our family home will allow you to discover the Entre-Deux-Mers region, called "Bordeaux Tuscany" for its beautiful hills of forests and vineyards. Our 140 m² house is on one level on a 2000 m² fenced garden with parking. Private swimming pool, bar and petanque court. We live with our 2 children, the neighborhood is quiet, not overlooked. Cali, our cat, will be your hostess. Direct rental possible. The space The house has a large living space with pantry, open kitchen, dining room, living room and game room. The room is very bright with a functional wood-burning stove. In front of the living room, a large covered terrace welcomes you with garden furniture and outdoor dining room. The sleeping area includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet at the entrance. Room details: - 1 master bedroom with 1 queen size bed in 160 x 200 - 1 bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm double bed - 1 children's bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190) - 1 children's bedroom with 1 single bed in 90 x 200 + 1 single bed on the floor available + 1 travel cot We leave at the disposal of guests all the child/baby equipment: changing table, plates and cutlery... and all the toys and children's books. The garden is all around the house and is a real paradise for children (trampoline, hut, slide, swings...) and for adults! Beautiful 7 x 4 m pool with roller shutter + 80 m2 terrace around + petanque court + pool bar with plancha + outdoor shower. For fans of cycling or scooters, you can fully enjoy the Lapébie bike path 300 m from the house. Guest access Everything is accessible. Other things to note Cali, our little cat, will be there during your stay but will only ask you for a few kibbles each day. We don't provide linens and towels. Nevertheless, you will have all the basics at your disposal (kitchen basics, toilet paper, soap...). Family home, no groups of young adults, no parties, respect for the neighborhood requested.
