Other things to note Guest check-in is available from 14:00 to 23:00 (Night check-in requires additional payment and prior arrangement). On the day of arrival, we are required to take photos of all guests’ passports and visas (arrival stamp to Thailand) for TM30 registration. Without the original document, we will not be able to accommodate you in the apartment! On the day of departure, guests are required to pay for water and electricity usage (CASH ONLY in Thai Baht).
