Valley Meadow - Photos can't capture the view! We love to wow!! our guest! Nestled on a cul-de-sac with views of the Ojai mountains, this charming house is perfect for a romantic getaway or family gathering. Relax in the hillside private pool or dine on the patio overlooking citrus orchards. It is the ideal spot to capture the beauty of the Ojai Valley Pink Moment while sipping your favorite champagne or wine. Authentic Monterey furnishings make this the ideal hideaway experience. The space This is a fabulous get away house! Pictures do not do it justice. Our home full of views, relaxation and fun. Guests have access to the entire house, which includes pool, games wi fi & garage for parking. Our Waste bins are located next to garage behind the gate and NOT the bins at the driveway entrance. If you use fireplace, we will remove ash. If you use BBQ, please do not empty ash, we will take care of it. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house, patio and pool area, games, books, wi fi but garage is needed for tool and storage. The side yard on the right does have a private road not for guest to access. The is Private Property! Thank you for observing our rules. Other things to note We do not allow pets as stated in the rules. There is a $200. charge if we find traces of pets hair etc. Games located in the T.V cabinet, pool floats will be placed poolside. Pool towels are located outside on the lounge chairs or in the laundry room on the top shelf. These are the Brown striped towels only for pool use! Please PLACE ALL SOILED TOWELS in the tub or shower prior to checking out. Please do not wash any of our bedding. Bed spreads are wool and can only be dry cleaned. We will take care of all linens (bedding & towels). PLEASE!! no wet towels on wood floors or doors. Extended Stay Guest: We provide extra sheets in each bedroom closet. If the bedspreads become soiled for any reason, DO NOT WASH. Please use extra blankets in house or call me and I will provide additional blankets. Please do not use our linens (towels, blankets or robes) for sitting on the grass/dirt. I have provided special large striped mats that you can use on the grass areas. Thank you!
