-Located in the heart of Cape Woolamai next to shops and bars. Ocean & bay beaches 2 min drive. -Guests have the use of surfboards and fishing equipment. -On the warmer light wind evenings, enjoy the roof top, sip on a beer or champagne and chill on the sun loungers. Deck requires some work so please use footwear at all times. -Palatial master suite contains king sized bed. Queen beds and 1 Single in other rooms. The space Apartment is west, north and east facing so is open to all day sunlight. Front and back balconies have fly screens and doors can be opened to let in the cool sea breeze on warmer summer days. Air-con is also available in the main living room. For colder nights, grab a blanket from the basket or switch on the heating (wait a few mins for warm air). Guest access Conveniently located next to shops, restaurants and bars. Grab your fresh bread and milk from the local convenience store, sample a tasty burger at Island Burger Bar or grab a frosty beer downstairs at Bang Bang Bar or across the road at The Wooli Tavern. Other things to note -Restaurant/bar located directly downstairs which can be noisy at times during the evenings. -Keys are kept in a security box located next to the front door on street level, directly under the mailboxes. Silver key for downstairs door, black key to access apartment front door on level 1. -Please note entry to the apartment is via a shared staircase.
