This 160-yr-old stone building has been transformed into 5 chic, self contained apartments; each with air-conditioning, full kitchen, private outdoor space and shared elegant tropical pool. The space The Refectory is a beautiful 2-bedroom, ground floor apartment. Enter through the garden gate, into the private, pet friendly courtyard. A well equiped kitchen and chic gorgeous bathroom with a separate toilet. The two generous bedrooms have king sized double beds, which can be split into singles. There is a secret archway in one of the bedrooms that was exposed during construction...we’ll let you discover it. What you will love about this apartment: We have a sneaking suspicion that most of your time will be spent on the private verandah overlooking your courtyard, where you can watch the James St action with an 160 year old building as your backdrop. Area: Indoor = 60m2, Outdoor = 30m2 Guest access Your apartment comes with 1 parking spot off the street and access to your apartment is via smart keypad lock with code. Other things to note The Refectory allows 2 house trained dogs in the apartment. You will need to bring your dogs bed and bowls. We ask that your dog stays off the lounge and beds, however is welcome to come inside.
