Come and enjoy our spacious family friendly apartment located close to Nelson CBD. It is a bright modern space which will be ideally suited to families or travellers coming to explore Nelson Bays. The apartment is comfortable and spacious with a big lounge, dining space and queen size bed. It has a well equipped kitchenette with full size fridge, microwave and hotplates so that you can prepare basic meals. The space Our friendly relaxing space has comfortable lounge room with a 3 seater sofa (wait to try the recliners!), a second couch and a spacious dining area. We provide fast internet (fibre), games, books and TV for entertainment. The apartment will suit one or two couples, travellers or a family; the bedroom has a queen size bed and two large wardrobes providing storage and hanging space. There is a double futon (pull out couch) if your group needs a second bed. The Kitchenette is well equipped with double electric hot-plate, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and all the essentials that are required for basic food preparation and eating. We provide complimentary coffee and tea. The bathroom is clean and modern with shower, toilet and wash basin. The house is in quiet area away from the road, up a private driveway. We are happy to accommodate specific requests with prior notice (additional fees may apply). Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment which is located underneath our main house. The apartment has separate (private) access. There is easy access to the apartment from the carpark and driveway. Whilst access is relatively flat, there is one small step which could make the property unsuitable for wheelchair access. If you have special needs just ask us and we can answer your questions and may be able accommodate your needs. There is parking for one car available on-site and additional free parking available on the roadside at the end of the driveway. Other things to note The apartment has a low ceilings which might not be suitable for very very tall people.
