Setting your foot on the property, you will first be greeted by a lush garden of wildflowers, vines and ferns. A love note from nature! Built on prehistoric sandstones, the outdoor space allows you to view a vast expanse of green canopies, the meandering Georges River and the distant Blue Mountains. Stepping inside, you will find meticulously decorated interiors that will help you truly relax and enjoy the moment. This unique space consists of: - One spacious bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom has a queen bed. The bedroom is fitted with super-sized windows. When you open them in the morning, you will always be greeted by picturesque sceneries. - One living room with a three-sitter sofa, an HD android TV. - One kitchen and dining area: Equipped with a full suite of appliances, cookware and utensils. All rooms and spaces are fully furnished with an abundance of amenities including: - Fresh towels and linen, changed between each stay - Laundry with front-load washer, no dryer. There are clotheslines in the yard - Hairdryers, shampoo and conditioner - A spacious open outdoor decking area - A delicately maintained garden. Please NOTE: This unique space has its private entry so privacy is properly maintained. The rooms are located downstairs to where the host lives, which are separated by concrete flooring again ensuring minimum noise pollution and maximum privacy. Guest access Getting to this property by car is highly recommended. Travelling to or from the Sydney airport takes 21 min via the M5 motorway. Travelling to the city takes under 40min by car. The property has plenty of free all-day street parking at the front. Once arrived at the property, all your essential needs are easily accessible (5 mins drive or 15 mins on foot) in the local business strip where you can find LGA, fruit shop, pharmacy, cafe, restaurants, pub, Newsagency and more. Guests can access the designated indoor guest rooms and all of the outdoor spaces including the garden. All of the upstairs rooms are for private use by the host. We recommend our guests explore the surrounding parks, rivers and bush tracks on foot. Just share with us what kind of little animals you saw on the way! Other things to note Pest control is done every 3 months, but small insects may still appear unexpectedly. This shouldn't pose an issue if you keep doors and windows shut when the house is unoccupied, food properly stored and rubbish correctly disposed of. Registration Details PID-STRA-28616
