The space There is a living room with sofa bed and comfortable seating for 6-8 that opens into a dining area with mid century table to gather around, desk work space and fold out futon for additional guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need for your stay including large pantry with washer and dryer. Up the staircase to second floor is the full bath with tub and three spacious bedrooms: back bedroom has bunk bed ( twin over full) , and 2nd flat screen tv ( ROKU) middle bedroom has queen bed and is a walk thru (each bedroom has own door for privacy). Front bedroom has a queen bed and sitting area. The upper, rear and front porches are great for relaxing. Enjoy the porch rocker and listen to the sounds of the church bells ring, walk across the street and grab a book from the library or order a delicious coffee or chai tea from the Expresso Bar on the walking mall. You will love this spot! PLEASE NOTE: All major holidays ( Local: Apple Blossom National: Christmas/ Thanksgiving/ New years/4th of July/Memorial and Labor Days ) will incur an additional $100 fee that will be requested the week before your arrival. We do this instead of raising our nightly prices. Stays over 3 weeks will incur additional cleaning fee. Guest access There two free parking spaces in the lot next to 125 W. Piccadilly and they are marked 127 -there is also metered street parking which is free after 6 pm and on weekends. Other things to note Practically across the street is the iconic Handley Library - George Washington Hotel’s Half Note Lounge /live entertainment - 3 blocks away Bright Box - music venue on the walking mall.
