Let us ensure your stay at NaMara Residences is nothing short of unforgettable! Guest access All areas are owned by the tenant during the stay. The guest also has full access to the facilities at Baan Chom View Kamala which includes a lap pool and also a swim up pool bar where you can order refreshing beverages and food to be delivered. The Boutique Hotel is easily accessible and only a short 50m walk away from the villa. Other things to note The Villa and facilities are very new and well equipped. To get the beautiful views overlooking Kamala and the ocean, the villa had to be situated on the hills away from bars and the entertainment district. If you are looking for the freedom of getting around on your own accord, we can assist you in the rental of a scooter, motorbike, car or personal driver. Hygiene and cleaning: At the end of every checkout, a team of professional cleaners will disinfect and clean the whole house. The sheets, quilts, pillows, towels and disposables will also be replaced to ensure a quality standard for our customers. If you would like your villa cleaned during your stay we can organise the local cleaner to come in at an additional rate of 1750 baht for clean and all bed linen, towels and sheet change. House Care and Environmental Protection: We ask that the tenant take care of the Villa as if it was their own. The Residences take part in a greens initiative to help reduce a carbon footprint for future generations. We ask that when you are not home please ensure that the air conditioner and lights are turned off. Electricity is not provided and is charged at 7.5 Baht per KW. A 5,000 baht electric deposit is required which is refundable. Please ensure when leaving the Villa to turn off all lights and air conditioners as this is the most energy consuming product in the villa.
