Welcome to my home - a charming, spacious and stylish apartment on the ground floor in an old wooden house in central Oslo! The apartment, situated in a quiet neighborhood, is big and bright. It consists of an open kitchen with fireplace, big living room, a tv lounge/library, 2 bedrooms, and a big bathroom with waterfall shower and separate bath tub. Read, cook, or simply hang out in my big sunny garden with Alf the cat. The space Situated on the first floor, with entrance to a terrace and a garden, the 80 sqm apartment consists of a big kitchen/living room with a fire stove, dish washer, and a dining area, a tv lounge/library with a piano, two bedrooms - one spacious, the other a bit smaller, and a big bathroom with waterfall shower, a bathtub and a washing machine. And there’s Alf the cat, a friendly and social fella who comes and goes as he pleases (through the cat door). I’m renting out to people who tolerate cats, and who will be willing to feed him a couple of times a day (this can also be arranged with my neighbor, if needed). Guest access The guests will be able to use the entire apartment and the garden. Paid parking available. Other things to note A cat lives here, so this place is probably not suitable for people allergic to cats.
