WELCOME TO SUNSET ROOM AT PICO YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME Located at Miranda A Unit 106 is a newly redesigned room inspired by Scandinavian aesthetic which is minimalistic yet modern. Décor that emphasizes in clean lines simple and functional furnishing that gives of warm, inviting, beautiful and cozy vibes that makes every part of the room picture worthy. The space PLEASE READ *FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS* Q: Is there an entrance fee? A: Yes, the entrance fee is mandated by Pico Admin and it is completely separated from the unit rental fee and is payable upon entry. The entrance fee charge is per head and the amount varies all thru out the year. This one-time payment is use for Pico de Loro's upkeep. Q: How much is the entrance fee? A: (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are considered weekends.) LEAN SEASON (Weekdays of January – February & July – November) Adult: PHP 1000 Child (4-12 years old): PHP 500 PEAK SEASON (Weekends of January – February & July – November; Weekdays of March – June & December; All holidays) Adult: PHP 1400 Child (4-12 years old): PHP 600 HIGH SEASON (Weekends of March – June & December) Adult: PHP 1,500 Child (4-12 years old): PHP 700 HOLY WEEK Adult: PHP 1,700 Child (4-12 years old): PHP 800 CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR Adult: PHP 1,700 Child (4-12 years old): PHP 800 Q: What comes with the entrance fee? A: You can use the Country Club pool, Pico Beach, gym, beach volleyball and roaming tram for free. Other Amenities is accessible but charges. Q: Do you ask for safety deposit? A: Yes. Php 2000 Deposit Fee must be sent thru GCASH a day before Check-in and will be refunded Thru Your GCASH Account after Check-out once Ate Josie is done inspecting the unit. So please wait for 24 hours after check-out for Refund. Q: How may guest can occupy the unit? A: As per Condo Admin, the maximum guest allowed to stay is strictly 6 pax only however children 1 year old below is not included in the head count. Q: How many beds are available in the unit? A: We have 2 double bed, 2 single pullout bed and 1 sofa bed and the guest will be provided with a total of 8 pillows. Q: Does the resort accept credit card? A: Yes, cards and GCash are acceptable. However vending machines only accepts cash and an exact amount of cash be prepared before using it as it doesn’t dispense change. Q: Can I cook in the unit? A: Yes, Cooking is allowed in the unit. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, plates, drinking glass, coffee mugs, cutleries, electric kettle & cookware. However cooking of fried fish, or dried fish in any form as well as grilling of any kind of meat or seafood is completely prohibited. Q: Are there restaurants? A: Yes, You can eat Lagoa, located at the Country Club. B’NB located at the bowling alley, Reef Bar and Juice Box both located at Pico Beach, Pico Restaurant located at Pico Sands Hotel, and Grab n Go located at the ground floor of the Country Club Q: Does your room have WIFI? A: Yes. It is a WIFI equipped room. Q: Is there drinking water in the unit? A: Guests should bring water for drinking. However, a 5 Gallon Round Bottle is available for use at the unit and it can be refilled at Miranda B Building for the price of Php 50.00. Water in the unit is not potable but can be used only for washing. Q: Do you allow pets? A: We apologize but our room is strictly no pets allowed. Q: How many minutes walk to the beach? A: Our unit is the closest to the beach it will just take 2-3 minute walk to go there. Q: Is there parking? A: The parking in front of the unit building is free however it's first come first serve. If that gets full, there are other parking areas on the property. Covered parking is strictly for unit owners only. Q: Do you provide towels? A: Yes. There are 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels available for use. For guest booked for more than 7 days we will replace your towels weekly. The towels are strictly for ROOM USE ONLY. Php 600.00 will be charged for every missing towels. You can always rent a towel at PICO BEACH or COUNTRY CLUB. Q: Do you provide Coffee? A: We provide a non-replenishable coffee set available for consumption only upon arrival. Q: Do you offer housekeeping? A: Housekeeping is only available for guest booked for 2 weeks and up as cleaning, changing of beddings, towels and replenishing of stocks are done weekly. Guest access At Pico De Loro, guest can use the Country Club pool, Pico Beach, gym, beach volleyball and roaming shuttle for free. Other amenities found at the Country Club is accessible but with minimal charge per use. Other things to note Check–in / check-out Process 1. Check-in time at 2:00 PM and Check-out time at 12:00 NN. 2. Please present the Authorization Forms at the Main Entrance of Pico De Loro. Payment for the Entrance Fee per guest will be made at the entrance as well. Take note that Miranda is still 3KM from the Main Entrance / Gate. Enjoy the good scenery while going to Miranda! 3. Once done with the registration in the Entrance, proceed to Miranda A and present the Condominium Guest Authorization To Use (CGATU) at the Reception. 4. After Checking-out of the Condominium Unit, the guests can still stay and enjoy the facilities at Pico De Loro until 9:00 PM. 5. Check out time is strictly observed especially during peak seasons when we are booked back to back (our cleaning staff needs this time to clean the unit properly for the next scheduled guests). 6.Php 2000 Deposit Fee must be sent thru GCASH a day before Check-in and will be refunded Thru Your GCASH Account after Check-out once Ate Josie is done inspecting the unit.
