Regal Palms Resort offers a quiet retreat where you can enjoy an array of activities and relaxing amenities, including a pool area with a water slide and a lazy river. Also available are the Cenote health spa, gym, volleyball court, games room, pool table, and bar restaurant. The resort is about 45 minutes from the Disney attractions, parks, and MCO airport. NOTE: Regal Palms Owner Association charges a Daily Resort Amenity Fee of $20.00 per day plus tax for all reservations on arrival. The space This is a 4-bedroom townhome with 3 full-sized bathrooms and one half-sized bathroom. - This property doesn’t require stairs to access, however, some bedrooms are located on the second floor which is only accessible by stairs. This may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. - Essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags will be provided when you first arrive at the property, but these items will not be restocked if you run out during your stay and you will be responsible for purchasing any extra essentials that you may need. - The trash is to be removed at the end of the stay. Trash bags are to be used in the trash container in the backyard of the property. Guest access The house has a driveway for parking. Please note cars parked on the street or grass may be towed.
