A charming garden room with its own entrance

This garden room is at the end of a lovely cottage garden in a pretty Cotswold village just 15 minutes from Oxford, 10 minutes from Bicester Village and 5 minutes from the historic town of Woodstock, famous for Blenheim Palace. There is a bus from the village to Oxford and Bicester Mon - Sat so you don't need to worry about driving. It is also just 5 minutes' drive to the nearest station for trains to London and 10 minutes from the M40. The village has the necessities of a pub & village shop The space This room is separate from the owner's house so you will have your own independence and can come and go as you please. There is access to wifi within the room and a large table, perfect if you have to do any work. We provide a kettle, tea and fresh coffee and a mini fridge for milk and your own snacks. Guest access Parking is on street, though our road is very quiet. Access is through the side gate in our garden. You don't have to come through the house at all, making it easy for you to come and go as you please without having to worry about disturbing anyone. Other things to note Please note that one night only bookings are subject to a £10 cleaning fee payable in cash prior to departure.
