Enjoy your stay in this cozy estate home we affectionately call, "Southern Comfort". Centrally located within the city limits and close to historic downtown, guests will enjoy private bedrooms/bathrooms as well as living areas, sunroom, gazebo, manicured grounds and a pool. Each room has incredibly comfortable beds. Well equipped with high end finishes & furnishings, we are just a short drive from Augusta, Waynesboro, Statesboro and Savannah. Wifi and parking are included. Other things to note Sorry--No Weddings or parties of any size here. Please note we are unable to rent to unchaperoned college groups or groups under the age of 25.
