Highland Park Hideaway

Private bedroom and bathroom. Shared community space. Greetings! Built in 1900, my home is located in the historic North Highland Park neighborhood of Richmond. It is conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown Richmond, close to 95 and 64, and within walking distance to the Richmond Raceway. I'm less than a 15 minute drive from Lewis Botanical Garden, Virginia Commonwealth University, Virginia Union University, Capitol Square, the Museum District, the Fan area, and multiple music venues. The space Modern and cozy. Guest access This is shared space. As a guest you will have access to the private guest room and bathroom on the 2nd floor. Shared use of the 1/2 bathroom on the main level. There is also a large living room, formal dinning room, kitchen, front and back yard. During your stay I believe in providing the utmost privacy for my guests. Accordingly, I've provided a guest guide to help you navigate the neighborhood and the city. It contains numerous recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. A copy of it and the House Manual are located in hard copy on the kitchen island. For any additional questions, I'm always available via phone or text. Other things to note My house is over 100 years old. The floors are squeaky. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are suggested.
