B-Exotic ocean view apartment & jacuzzi

Private apartment with private jacuzzi & ocean view. Located on the north side, Bastimento beach is 5 minutes walking. We are 5 min by car from main town and 15 min from biobay Apartment is on the back of my other airbnb with the pool (that usually other families rent) Of course the others cannot access to your apartment with jacuzzi and you cannot access to house with the pool. U need a Car in Vieques Tesla Starlink free wifi. The space Private bedroom with private bath and private jacuzzi with ocean view. U need a Car in Vieques, i repeat , you need a car rental in Vieques Tesla Starlink free wifi satelite internet 30-150 mbps. Walk to the beach 5 minutes [bastimento beach] Guest access Private apartment and private jacuzzi. Upper level I have other airbnb with pool, but this is for other guests. You cannot access to the pool and of course they cannot access to the jacuzzi area. I have another unit (similar with jacuzzi) next to this one in case you are traveling with friends or your ar 2 couples travelling. Both are separated with a wall, keeping apartments and jacuzzi private and with separate entrances. Other things to note HOUSE RULES. 1. NO SMOKING INSIDE - we can take your deposit if you smoke inside and also cancel your reservation. (Airbnb allow us to do it) 2. NO MORE PEOPLE THAN ALLOWED- . Inmidiately we cancel your reservation with no refund (Airbnb allow us to do it) 3. WE ARE A TROPICAL ISLAND, AND YES WE HAVE INSECTS, MOSQUITOS , be aware of that. We recommend to use repelent or spray. We do not refund any money for those issues since we are an Island and our house is on the beach. 4. IF ELECTRICITY OR WATER GOES OUT IN THE ISLAND AND IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL, We do not refund any money. 5. YOU MUST PLACE GARBAGE OUT OF THE HOUSE , inside the OUTSIDE trash cans. 6. YOU CANNOT LEAVE ANY GARBAGE INSIDE THE HOUSE PLEASE OR WE WILL TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT $. Leaving trash inside the house is like a call to all the insects to come in.
