The space A beautiful, new house {opened in 2022} with complete and private infrastructure. The space has a swimming pool with a beautiful glass display, hydromassage, gourmet area with vertical brewery, island with cooktop, charcoal barbecue, table for up to 12 people, lounge with 2 signature armchairs, hammock, sitting under a pergola with nautical rope swing , sofa, 02 HIO DECOR armchairs/cushions (perfect for use in or out of the water) and 70" TV inside an incredible vertical garden! 🌿. The house has 05 suites, 2 of which are on the ground floor with a balcony and are of the Canadian type (that is, the 2 suites share 1 accessible bathroom) and 3 more complete suites on the 1st floor, all with split air conditioning, wardrobes, curtains blackout and comfortable bathrooms with solar-heated showers. In addition to the 5 social suites, we also have 1 EMPLOYEE SERVICE suite with ceiling fan and single bed, which can be accessed from the back of the house. The living room has a sofa, rack, 55" TV and internal toilet. We also have fiber optic Wi-Fi. It has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, 5-burner cooktop, gas oven, blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, sets of plates, cutlery, glasses, pans and other household utensils. It also has an internal table for 4 people. Private parking for up to 4 cars in the house and up to 8 cars in the condominium parking lot. Other things to note We are located 5 minutes from Praia do Forte, also close to the other beaches on the North Coast and 60km from Salvador international airport. We have options available to include a cook/cleaner and also linen with bed and bath linen in the rental.
